You will be paired with a mentor who is an established professional in her field. Use this program to ask questions, gain confidence, tap into some world-class advice, or just meet a woman who has been there and done that the way you would like to!

The All Hands program teaches life skills to young people who are underrepresented in Australian communities. We use learnings from design thinking, psychology practices and James Clear's book Atomic Habits in an online/face-to-face setting. The program costs just 1/10th of a typical self-development coaching thanks to our partners who are coaches, peer supporters and mentors.
Our partners donate at least an hour weekly to deliver an impactful learning experience. They help students build personal, social and professional habits with a self-motivated approach. Together, we have coached students in Bangladesh and Canada to find meaning and be impactful.
How You Can Help
With support from The City of Parramatta Council and StartSomeGood, our community integration program needs AUD15,000 to enrol 100 underrepresented students in the next 60 days. With your donation, our life skills coaching program can continue to help students find independence regardless of their current situation.
Your donation today can improve the quality of a young person’s life.
